"Lost letter"

A review of Royal Mail - Cambridge Sorting & Delivery Office by Peter Black written on Saturday 15th of February 2014

My daughter sent letter to me Sunday 9/02/14 i did not recive it waited and check post till today still no post .asked daughter if right address and stamp on card she replied yes including post code .try ringing office most of Saturday NO JOY .this is not the first time this has happend had same thing happen few years ago same reply NOTHING so much for customer service .hope that Royal Mail hurry up and go bust might get company who cares for customers yours a very angry customer .
