"No heat in this eatery made experience very unpleasant"

Planned to have a sandwich at Subway and do some shopping at the Beehive Centre. There was no heating on in the shop and I could not sit for long enough to finish my meal. I spoke to a staff member who confirmed the heating was not switched on. At the time it was 6 degrees. I was shivering and so cold that I had to abandon my shopping trip and go home. I am disabled and don't get out often so this spoilt my day..
