I need to make an enquiry about a standing order that was set up for just three months . None of your digital queries covers my area of enquiry and when I eventually fond the number for my branch no one answered the phone. Do you choose to ignore the calls to encourage people to go online and reduce staffing or is there a fault with your handsets? It's very frustrating, and reading other reviews I'm not alone among your customers to complain of this..
