"Where Is My Package?!"

My friend bought a jacket and a pair of trousers in your store(Boss Man Store 30 Market Hill CB2 3NX Cambridge) on 16/09/2013.They need to be shortened. As the sales receipt, they must have been delivered to us by 26/09/2013,but we haven't received the package by now. We need to know the reason.
