Every 6 months the contract is renewed and the land lord wants more money each time this happens (water, gas & electricity,council tax and my professional body all want more money. My pay has been frozen due to this massive financial screw up we are currently in the middle of- so cheers).

Fees from Accent each time the contract is renewed (hey, why not? A bit of paper, let's whack a teeny £70 fee on there).

Land lord will not repair or take any responsibility whatsoever for the property when things get worn out or break due to age (yet of course a rise in rent is totally

justified right?) Raised this issue on many occasions re: different parts of the house. Accent not interested. Why would they be? Don't upset the landlord or suggest they have to pay money/ do something or they might push off to another letting agency.

Property was filthy when we moved in, also quite a few items belonging to ?landlord ?previous Tennant left behind.

Overall, really very disappointed with Accent and the landlord. Seems everyone stops caring once the deal is done and money is guaranteed..
