"Terrible!"

Unless you call at 8am its almost impossible to get an appointment and then you have cocky receptionists..rude unhelpful..premium rate phone number...absolutely terrible and I've been with these for forty years..hardly ever need to go..fed up with the same old thing so changing now! .
