"Just order from just eat"

I have been using the mogul restaurant for over 4 years. I decided to order online via just eat as I thought it would be easier than ordering over the phone.

Wrong. The system crashed after I spent 10 mins filling all my details in, so I decided to phone my order though as usual, the person then charged me more to order it direct than ordering it through just eat?! I explained this and thought he would put my order through at the price advertised. Wrong again. Apparently the delivery charge is not correct via just eat but he was not willing to take my order unless I mucked about with their ordering system. Very disappointed as I have been a very Good and loyal customer of theirs for a long time. Not any more. .
