Absolutely amazing customer service! Definitely recommended for all your personal special occasions.

Having been to the store once before, I returned home to London and called Cellini's about a particular diamond ring.

Jason went above and beyond by communicating with me via email+phone and sending me photos of various ring designs to compare. I decided on the ring on a Friday morning, they re-sized the ring straight away while I was on the train to Cambridge. On arrival, the ring was ready for collection, together with a bag containing the detailed receipt and certificate.

The ring I purchased was a one of kind design, absolutely stunning. I have not seen this design anywhere else so far. My girlfriend is now my fiancé..
