"Intimidating security guard."

Will never shop in aldi again. a security guard in my local branch apprehended my future daughter inlaw accusing her of shop lifting. when he looked closely he saw that she was pregnant and without an apology said she could leave. this was all done in total view of customers and left her upset and shaken. on hearing about incident i went into the store to make a complaint. i had to wait 10 minutes for a manager and a further 5 minutes will he went to find form. once form was completed as i was speaking to the manager the security guard approached me and was very intimidating in front of store manager. i asked the manager to get him to leave but he refused and kept saying that he did nothing wrong and became very obnoxious. as the manager did nothing i left the store with the security guard still shouting out to me. I was unable to contact head office as it was over the easter weekend called today unable to speak to anyone at head office as they have to call u back. totally unacceptabe service..
