"Don't bother with Accent. Not even for a nice property."

I've rented with them for two years and I have no say, no property is nice enough that anyone can justify putting themselves through the pain of having to deal with Accent. They're impossible to get hold of on the phone, emails are always getting lost (because what stupid company only have one email address for the entire branch?!) and the number of times there are things broken in the house, flooding incidents etc that they have promised to come and fix/ inspect within a week and we haven't heard from them for months after the initial promise! Oh, and make sure you know your renting laws and tenant rights, I've had to pull that one on them before. I cannot emphasise enough - do NOT rent with them..
