"BAD SERVICE FISON RD/CHERRYHINTON"

I am very annoyed about the service i am receiving having to wait for the City 3 cambridge

Today like many day's i got to the bus stop at 5:45pm expecting the bus to get here for its DUE time 5:50pm, however NO buses came and by 6:20 no city 3 was to be seen, however about 7 Number ones came while i was waiting. When the city 3 finally arrived at 7:00pm feeling very angry and cold at this point, i get on the bus and then to be told he was being told to head straight back to town and then put 'out of service'on the bus! Once again another city one came. Even though the city 3 was over one hour late no city 1 buses or the buses that came saying out of service didn't convert into a city 3. This happens every other day, and i am appalled about the lack of city 3's there are compared to the city 1!!! This service is ridiculous and i am pretty sure this is not the last of someone complaining about the service of city 3-fison rd/ cherryhinton..
