"Why not other fruit preparations?"

I agree - I love my Lemon and Ginger marmalade I used to make - can't do it anymore unless I start from scratch with the lemons.

Given Hartley's huge range of jams why don't they offer other ready made conserve bases? They used to. I remember buying ready prepared blackcurrants and blackberries for jam - they were also brilliant for adding to home wines!.
