"IS PREMIERE TRAVEL AGENCY SCAM?"

I just want to know if this agency is still active and they asked me to pay the 500 pounds for processing my working visa fee? Please let me know your answer. Is Linda Coil part of this agency? The agency email me that they are going to process my papers if i pay the 500 pounds through Western Union Money Transfer. Please I need your answers ASAP.
