"18 minutes and holding!"

A review of Royal Mail - Cambridge Sorting & Delivery Office by Still waiting! written on Saturday 13th of October 2012

After recieving the card to let me know that they had tried to deliver a package to me when I was not home, I phoned to have a package re-directed to my work. Instead of it being delivered to my work they tried to deliver it to my house AGAIN! I rang a second time to have it again redirected to my work only to be put on hold....for 18 minutes....sad and very pathtic customer service!.
