"Rude, cold receptionists"

I have been a patient at this practice for many years but you would never guess that from the abrupt, unhelpful way one is treated on the phone or in person. The receptionists seem to believe their job is to discourage people contacting the surgery or making an appointment: never a smile or a polite question. The contrast with other surgeries and the hospital couldn't be greater.

Facilities at Petersfield are very limited but Dr Alexander makes the most of things and is unfailingly polite and helpful. .
