"Ladi customer service porn rate call charge"

I was interested in a wine avialable only from Aldi and was quite disgusted that if I wished to contact their customer services Dept I would be charged £1.50 a minute on an 090 number.

If memory serves these sort of charge are usually levied on people who call such numbers to have filthy chats with people on porn lines.

My local store cannot be contacted by phone at all so as I am not prepared to drive to every Aldi store in the UK to find out if they have what I am lookinfgfor in stock I simply took my customer elsewhere.

Do not do business with a company that do not have a contactable local store with an 01 telephone number.
