"Impossible- trying to speak to Cambridge office"

I found it impossible to get to speak to Cambridge office, just going round on loups of recorded messages. I needed to know if there are any problems in delivery? as expecting urgent letter by latest yesterday 23/5/2012. I have only received 1 delivery in a week!!.
