"Courteous, pleasant and efficient"

I telephoned to arrange the replacement of my Honda Civic screen at my home address and was treated very efficiently, the Autoglass operator setting out clearly the time options and payment details, etc.

The technician turned up well within the allocated time slot and just got on with the job and did it perfectly. Most of all, though, he was extremely pleasant and courteous - a sadly missed attribute in many of our service dealings.

All in all a very good service experience - excellent!
