"10/10!!!!"

I went to the Milton road shop, rang half an hour before wanted appointment. Polite and helpful on phone.. Then from the minute I walked in I felt comfortable. And I'm VERY picky with my hair! Gave hairdresser free reign and walked out with amazing cut and dye that people have no stopped commenting on!

Customer service could not have been better, felt like I was talking to a friend, and all the other staff members kept popping over to check I was ok.

Can honestly say I will never go anywhere else, have booked in for my 6 week appointment already! :) .
