I regularly go to Royal Mail's Cambridge Delivery Office. On the dozens of occasions I have been there, I have dealt with numerous different people. I have ALWAYS found them, polite, efficient and incredibly sympathetic to my customer needs. I cannot praise them highly enough. Maybe some people who have left reviews just want the impossible!!!.
