"Chill out and smile"

As a b&q customer of many years i have never had any problem with any staff at B&q and I also think at barnsley were I live B&Q staff are very good with customers

in every customer related job you will always get

irate customers its a fact life we live in a stress age trade people under the same stress as everybody else

I am not saying rudness is o.k at all but its a fact of life you just have to learn to cope with it with a smile as some of us are very nice .
