A review of Royal Mail - Cambridge Sorting & Delivery Office by Lalu Hanuman written on Monday 15th of August 2011
I sent two items by Recorded Delivery to a Cambridge address. I have been trying to "track and trace" them on line [unsuccessfully] and then after calling Royal Mail's Customer Service many times EVENTUALLY got a human voice as opposed to an answerphone service, and was told that they cannot track and trace the items as they only keep records for a while. I asked if the Cambridge PO wd be able to assist - was told yes. Asked for Cambridge's tel number - was told that they do not give out numbers. Located number on-line - phoned. Ansphone said if wishing to speak with Customer Services - to call *** 441223448830 *** - so called but gain an answerphone that does not accept messages!!!!!!
What a load of tosh!
