"Totally honest "

Russell's are totally honest, all their fees and charges are laid out at the outset in the application form, potential applicants have the choice whether to rent a house through them or not the choice is up to the individual, I have no time for people who take a property don't read the form properly, sign to say they have understood the application form and then post accusations about an agency on line I have rented three houses with them over eleven years and would not consider going to any other agent .
