"Cheapest?! They're the most expensive!!"

If you want to change one of the tenants, it costs £230, PLUS the charges for references and checks on the new tenant.

Every other agent in Cambridge who I have asked about this has NO CHARGE, other than those for the necessary credit checks, for changing one of the people who live in the house.

Wanting to change a tenant is obviously going to be a common occurence in Cambridge when so many of those renting properties are students or foreigners who don't have stable lifestyles. Russell's simply exploit this. I believe they are downright unethical..
