"Dresses from M&S"

Why don't M&S ask their customers what they want. I am a woman in my 60's. when I met up with friends recently the topic of M&S dresses came up, we all agreed that M&S were letting us down. The dresses you sell are beautiful. The colour and material are just what we want. Why on earth can you not make two versions of the same dress. One with plunging neck lines and thin straps and one with a round neck and small sleave. Just because we are not teenagers does't mean we don't like fasion. And please remember we are not all 6ft tall..
