"Complaint about having to wait along time for buses "

Yesterday (21st March 2011) I went out to the 1st buss stop on Northfield Avenue at about 10.05 AM, expectiong to catch the 10.09,which never turned up. A bus did appear at about 10.15, but the driver said that he was going bac k to the depot. Another bus did not appear until about 10.30. I had an appointment at the dentist at Seymore streent at 12.00 and had hoped to do some shopping in the centre before going for my appointment but did not get time to do so. I think that the service is absolutey awful, and it certainly does not encourage me to use the bus unless absolutely neccessary.
