Why is it you can't contact the branch by Email??

I live overseas and need to talk to the Bank from time too time - only way seams to be an expensive phone call more often than not to be told the person you want to talk to is not available - try talking to the manager - mission impossible - international calls returned - I don't think so.RBS this is the 21st century,security is not the issue - that excuse doesn't wash any longer..
