"Don't bother booking "

I've always enjoyed eating at Al Casbah, but was astonished to turn up a couple of weeks ago to find that they had given our table away. We were a couple of minutes late (but no more than that), for which I apologised. We would have minded less, but two of the staff then gave us evidently untrue (and contradictory) excuses, while a third was rude and aggressive. A polite letter to the manager has elicited nothing. Its a good place to eat, but I wouldn't trust booking there..
