"Trying to contact Orange!"

The 0800 number has been blocked by Orange, I am finding it hard to contact them, I changed back to Pay as you go nearly a month ago, still haven't had new sim card after settling my bill with them, find I'm still on a contract, what happens now, I'm not using my mobile..
