"Difficulty in Getting Appointments"

There's only one doctor that I've really valued at the practice and she is leaving soon.

The frustration I've always had with this practice is trying to get an appointment. It's next to impossible.

I've now got a deteriorating heart condition, would have liked to have had a chat with a doctor, but cannot get an appointment. To be told 'sorry we're busy and you cannot pre-book an appointment' seems a bit lame.

Result - decided to change practice..
