"Uninformed out of the loop"

To Be honest I havent so far been impressed with the way in which they have handeled our applicationl. After paying a £240 admin fee I expected an excellent customer service and to be informed of what was going on, on a near daily basis. Unfortunatly the agent has been rude and unhelpful, not returning calls or emails. If it wasnt for the perfection of the residence we are applying for I think we would have askd to use someone else.

However I cannot say this for all the agents working within the practise. Others I have spoken to have been most helpful and given me more information than the agent that we are dealing with. As a rule Im sure they are great at what they do, but there is no need for rudeness..
