"Poor service"

I have visited this store on numerous occasions, and although i love most of the designers they stock, i have never purchased anything as i have found the service to be so poor. The staff appear to enjoy the shop as a place to discuss their own wardrobes and those of their friends. They barely notice the customers unless they are personal friends, and they off no advice or friendly chat to strangers. The whole atmosphere is slightly uncomfortable and elitist, which is a real shame as the clothes are divine!.
