A review of Marshall Motor Group by Yiannis written on Tuesday 18th of January 2011
For the last 4 years, im mostly use the Marshall Nissan service department in Cambridge for a full service of my Nissan Almera. I try to avoid them if i have to replace parts such as brake discs, calipers etc. as their labour cost is very expensive (as you should expect anyway from a main dealer). Apart from that and for normal servicing of my car, im not hesitate to bring my car there (the bill is usually coming around £200-250) but at least i know that they are the experts and they know what to look at based on the mileage of your car. Sometimes you might get the feeling that the ladies at the front desk do not have the full expertise to explain to you the full work undertaken. In that case, im always asking for the mechanic to come forward and explain to me. Hence the car being nearly 11-years old and on the road is punching like crazy when i want to. My wife also bought one year ago a second-hand Nissan Note SVE model from Marshall Nissan in Cambridge. Excellent customer services before and after the purchase. Both cars are now have their yearly service there, good value for money. .
