"Holland and Barrett pay"

I have to agree that shop managers do not get paid enough (including supervisors too I think). I believe that the managers at least, are not paid for the extra time that they work outside of opening hours (opening, closing, cashing up etc) -correct me if I'm wrong. It does seem unfair for all that a manager at Holland and Barrett is expected to do.

With regards to pay: The question is what are the people at the top of the company doing and how does it compare, then the shop managers should be given their share in comparison or else lower the pay rate for the ones at the top though I'm guessing CEO will let himself be paid whatever he wishes!.
