"Cold and rude receptionists "

I have been going to the Petersfield Medical Practice for nearly 14 years now, and whilst I find the doctors to be, on the whole, very good, the receptionists leave a lot to be desired. An observation which was only cemented when I recently called my housemate's doctors for advice and the receptionists were lovely, warm and pleasant. Once again, today they were rude, cold and this time booked an appointment in the afternoon when I explained the reason for me needing to see the doctor and questioned if it would not be better in the morning. The receptionist, obviously badly trained, said it would be fine to see the doctor at any time. So, I went along and sure enough the doctor told me I needed to come back again in the morning. This resulted in issues at work and my clients being annoyed as I had to rebook meetings.

In conclusion, because of the cold and incompetent receptionists I am thinking of changing my doctors. .
