After posting my first comment about the lack of support from managment I have to revise this due to a new manager coming in to our store. Due to his motivation and support we have a Customer Survey score of 68% consistant.

Because he supports us and actually listens to us we are happier, motivated and have fun!

We are giving great customer service because we have a brilliant manager who makes us feel appreciated.
