A review of Conway Pine Ltd by Carol mckillion written on Saturday 16th of October 2010
I went into Conway Pine this morning to buy a bedside cabinet that was on display. I asked if i could have the one which was made up. I was told i could not, i would have to have the boxed one and get it made up myself. The young assistant said he would do it for £10. Surely, i thought the policy was seen as sold, i wanted it as it was £49 i do not see why i would have to pay another £10. He said if it was the last one i could have had it. This does not seem good business practice to me. any views?.
