"Exellent service"

I bought a very nice Cap from Arthur Shepherd for my father, when i came home with the present we found out that the cap was to big. I sent it to them explaining my fail and asked them to send me the right size and charge me for the postage.

In short i recevied email from them stating that they would be glad to send me the right size free of charge.

True gentilmen who run this store.
