I recently had a blood test taken here with Nurse Maggie Nicholls. I am petrified of needles but Nurse Nicholls managed the whole process with a lot of professionalism and good cheer; managing to engage me in conversation so that I was distracted from the needle at the crucial moment. I also saw Dr Jane Wilson who managed to diagnose my condition in a very professional and approachable manner. I would definitely go back here..
