"Good nails-poor customer care"

I have been going to this nail bar for years but the staff do not get any friendlier! an hour and a half with no conversation is very uncomfortable. the staff have no problem talking to each other in their own language-very rude i feel. I used to make an appointment but was kept waiting for upto 30mins on occasions so it wasn`t always worth it. Good nails for that special occasion but maybe not long term. i am now going eau naturel! .
