I think that I may have been a bit harse in my previous review. On balance, I still recommend other places for servicing hydraulic disk brakes but the service I received when buying new bikes was very reassuring. One area they have consistently impressed me was in their ability to get very specific bike parts. Several times I have needed awkward or obscure bike parts and they have always been able to source the parts from Shimano at very reasonable prices..
