A review of The Curry King by Heather and Alice written on Friday 2nd of July 2010
After saying that we only had an hour to eat, it took the waiter over 50 minutes to order and deliver our 13 drinks to the table. His fantastic grasp of english deteriorated in this short time and as we were getting more and more disgruntled. Asking for the bill just for the drinks(which seemed to be added up on an abacus)was a nightmare. The other thing to notice was that there was absolutely no smell of curry anywhere! We doubted its existance. Suspicions should've been raised as we passed a room full of tired, ill-looking and slightly annoyed people on the way to our table. We would not recomend this if you are in a rush, but if you are looking for ineptitude, this is the restaurant for you. .
