"OK for simple bikes. steer clear for Hydraulic brakes"

If you have a simple bike with cable cantilever brakes then Ben Hayward are ok. Not the cheapest, but OK. However, mountain bikes are getting ever more sophisticated and the Ben Hayward are getting seriously left behind. They have no idea, nor any inclination to deal with you if you have hydraulic disk brakes. This is a bit poor because a) they are not that difficult to service/bleed/fix b) the shop sells bikes with hydraulic brakes. A certain bike shop under Lion yard are much better for servicing these as they are mountain bikers themselves..
