I had the problem when I returned with 10L B&Q White colours emulsion without receipt. Was told in no uncertain terms I could not exchange it for a different colour. After phoning customer service still no joy. Whatever happened to good customer service. Could understand had it not been B&Q own make but surely there must be some give and take to this stupid refund policy. its a true saying 1 happy customer will not go out and shout about it, 1 disgruntled customer will go out and tell everyone about the bad experience (which I have done). As a genuine customer I have been made to feel as if I went in and shoplifted the paint. Just for the record I work in customer service and do undertand that there are a lot of con artists about. I for one will be shopping elsewhere for any diy products. .
