"Sort the staff out"

I USED to shop at Guilio's the products are fantastic, the store layout etc it is a shame about the staff that work there (not all staff just a few, but thats all it takes), I went in to buy a T-shirt as I was browsing around to see what I wanted to purchase I was made to feel UNWELCOMED it felt like the staff was looking down at me, I did not feel welcomed at all.

No I am not a 18 year old youth I am 30 years of age, I do my shopping at DOGFISH Cambridge now, if I do not find what I am looking for (which is rare) I head to London, the staff at DOGFISH are Superb a welcoming smile all the time, happy to help and a good selection of clothing, take a lesson from DOGFISH Guilios or at least send your staff there to see how DOGFISH serve their customers..
