Why pay to call Orange's own customer services number?

Rather than call 450 try 08000790004 which is a freephone number. It worked for me.

I called to add a Home Broadband (wireless and Talk) number to my list of Magic Numbers. The operator wasn't aware that this was possible until I read out what it said on their own website! He then successfully added the number as a magic number..
