09 April 2010. The number 08000790004 really does work - it gets you straight through to an actual person! The 07973 number I had requires you to key in your mobile number, which I couldn't do because the phone came up with a message 'sim card unregistered'. Result - sim card re-registered and credit restored in seconds. Excellent!.
