Why is there not an alternative number to reach customer services when phone cut off? I foolishly left my phone on International roaming and was confronted with a huge bill and subsequently cut off (1 day). I paid the full amount yesterday and still haven't been reconnected and no facility to report the fact is available from the handset. At least with my other networks the is still the ability to communicate with them without being fleeced on top of fleece. Found review very helpful for obtaining a freephone number which I used from my landline 08000790004. But does one have to go through so much trouble to report the fact that their phone has not been reconnected despite paying in full..
