A review of Clarks by Neil Hobbs written on Saturday 2nd of August 2003
Yesterday I visited Clarks shoe shop in the Grafton Centre, Cambridge. Apologies - there appear to be two. Not sure which one.
Anyway, our Sales Assistant was 'Becky.' I was with my five-year-old daughter, Lucy - and we were buying, much against her wishes, her first pair of trainers.
I had just sat through 'Piglet's Big Movie' and have been known to feel better. Becky sorted everything.
Attentive, very friendly with Lucy and myself, knowledgeable and relevant, quite simply this was probably the best treatment I have received in any shop, I really am keen to let others know.
Becky, many thanks.
Neil Hobbs.
