"An opposing viewpoint !"

In the most respectful way, I’m not sure you fully understand what’s gone on here. If your tyre has a specific speed rating on it then its Ebley’s job to quote you like for like. What if (say) you have an accident in your car after having Ebley’s effectively down-grade the speed rating of the tyres on your vehicle? I can assure you that if I were the Manager of Ebley I would act in precisely the same manner.

I’m also keen to take this opportunity to post an opposing review of Ebley in Bar Hill. For some 12 years of so I have ran a Fruit & Vegetable business in the village of Over and for the majority of this time I have used the services of Ebley in Bar Hill for my fleet of 15 or so vehicles (both light commercials and cars). Incidentally, I found the link to this review through Google whilst looking up the number to phone for service with my latest tyre disaster (in the absence of my General Manager who usually handles these issues on the companies behalf).

Despite being told that the workshop is full with pre-booked jobs, I was told to bring my car in where it would be attended to sometime during the day today. In addition to this I have never found Ebley’s advice to be skewed in favour of their sales book, nor have I found their prices to be unreasonable to any degree.

In a business with a turnover of approximately £2m per year we have many suppliers, some good, some bad and very few I would go out of my way to recommend however, in the case of Ebley I am more than happy to do so, without the need to hide behind a veil of anonymity.
